Ask the venue about the whole day
Check which permanent bathrooms will be open during setup, the ceremony, reception, and breakdown. Add staff and vendors to the guest discussion. The venue’s advertised capacity does not establish how many usable restrooms your program has. Send the rental team peak people and hours alongside the address.
Compare named comfort features
A deluxe standalone unit can provide flushing and an internal sink without the same setup requirements as a trailer. A trailer may add multiple stations, lighting, or air conditioning, depending on the model. Ask to confirm the actual equipment and its features. Example photography and the word luxury should not substitute for the offered configuration.
Walk the guest route with the property contact
Think about footwear, lighting, surface conditions, and the approach after dark. A trailer with steps does not suit every guest; plan appropriate accessible equipment and a usable route at the beginning. Keep restroom queues away from catering paths and the service entrance. Include the full trailer setup area before deciding that it fits.
Sequence the vendor arrivals
Confirm water and power against the assigned trailer, then arrange its arrival before tents, tables, or parking block the approach. Save the written rental plan

Ask for the cutoff in writing if delivery is described as a window rather than an exact time.
