Give the project address, peak workers, shift length, and expected completion date. A Heritage Hills build can have different staffing at framing and finishing stages. Multiple work zones may need facilities in more than one location. Tell us what permanent toilets, if any, workers are allowed to use.
OSHA 1926.51(c), Table D-1, lists one facility for 20 or fewer workers. For 21–199 workers it lists one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers; for 200 or more, one of each per 50. Round up. Sixty workers means two seats and two urinals under that table. Review exceptions and other sanitation duties with the site manager; the minimum count does not determine the cleaning schedule.
One construction call used $247.20 for the first 28 days, $205 for later periods, and $29 removal with weekly service. These historical figures are not current rates. Get your first charge, renewals, tax, cleaning, and billing stop point in writing. Keep a clear service approach as trenches, fencing, and material storage move; report access changes before the next visit.
Confirm the actual term. The construction calls commonly used 28-day billing, which is four weeks. Record the renewal dates, removal charge, and the action that ends billing.
You can request a preferred time, but the team must check the route and equipment. If work starts early, explain the ready-by deadline and ask whether delivery should be arranged beforehand.
