Match the equipment to the requirement
Sanitizer and soap-and-water washing perform different functions. Explain food service, workplace needs, or venue conditions before reserving. A station with stored water may not meet every requirement for temperature or plumbing. Ask the event authority or site manager what is needed, then give the rental team that specification.
Keep the station supplied throughout the program
The reference station holds 22 gallons of fresh water and 24 gallons of gray water. These capacities do not translate into a guaranteed guest count.
